Your credit card is charged at the time you place your order. If you do not wish your credit card to be charged at the time of order, please choose the money order option during checkout and send a money order.
Please allow about 2-3 weeks for your order to ship as we make each holster to order. Not all our holster accessories and rail systems will take three weeks, but they are subject to back order status at any time.

Purchases under $50 have the option of either USPS First Class Mail or UPS Ground.
All other purchases will ship either UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.
Insurance may be purchased for USPS First Class or Priority Mail packages for a small fee. If your package becomes lost or stolen in transit, we will be happy to assist in filing a claim. However, if insurance is not purchased on USPS packages, Sidearmor is not liable for lost or stolen packages once it has been shipped. There is no extra fee for filing a claim via UPS, and we will be happy to assist.
APO orders are welcome and will ship via USPS Priority Mail.
We will send you an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
International Orders: please email email@example.com for quote. Shipment times are longer for international orders.
We cannot ship any rifle or shotgun mounts to other countries other than the US due to ITAR regulations!
We cannot custom make holsters at this time.
Sidearmor products may be returned for a full refund, minus shipping charges, within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, purchases may be returned for store credit only.
Product must be in original condition and in original packing.
Prior authorization for RMA number is required by contacting us via e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org.). Please give invoice number, customer name, and reason for return when contacting us.
We cannot accept returns from purchases not made directly through Sidearmor.Returns are not accepted on non-Sidearmor products unless the product is defective when received.
Return Policy for Rail Systems:
Rail systems may be returned within 30 days for a refund (minus shipping). The rails must be in original condition in order to be returned, meaning they must not have been mounted to the weapon or show any signs of wear. If there is evidence of wear on the rails, Sidearmor will return the rail (and components) to the customer, and no refund will be issued.

We offer a one (1) year warranty on our holsters. If anything broken on a product within one (1) year of purchase, we will replace it at no charge. Sidearmor cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen items. An invoice or receipt detailing the purchase date must be available. After one (1) year, any additional components must be purchased.
Policy for Sidearmor Sales:
If an order is placed 72 hours prior to a Sidearmor Sale, that order is eligible to receive the sale price and having the difference between the paid amount and the sale price refunded. You must contact us by email (email@example.com) in order to receive this offer. This is limited to online and phone purchases through Sidearmor only.
